You're in Wearforge -> Wearhard -> ADXL202

Doug:

I had dual ADXL202s in my original jacket. AD has already sent me samples. Didn't get very far with software or how to make these useful though. At 2g the ADXL202 is very sensitive, can be used as a earthquake switch! If you get drunk they can tell you if you are vertical or horizontal. Perhaps some of the other AD accelerometers might be more applicable to positioning type functionality.

Using 6 sensors you can producing very exact figures for velocity in reletive x,y and z axes as well as rotational velocity. By integrating these figures over time position can be calculated easily... (Nice for dead reconing in the absence of gps data.)
