You're in Wearforge -> Wearhard -> FiberAndResin

parts needed:

  • fiber-matt and resin - lok in a home-improvement-shop, try the car-repairs-section
  • a negative of wood and/or clay/artist-modelling-mass

procedure:

I'll try this one next week in a TuxScreen - modification, I don't know yet if it works.

Lay the matt into the negative, don't cut it yet but after the casting and hardening.

Pour the resin (already mixed up very well with hardener) over everything, make shure it is evenly distributed and enough.

Let it harden for 24 hours, don't move it.

I'm not shure how well it will work out for parts that are not flat. The fiber should keep the resin in place, maybe I'll need to let it harden a bit before distributin in over the matt but I'll have to be carefull as it hardens with in a few minutes.
