  • TuxScreen - it has a nice touch-screen and is a cheap and hackable arm-system.(runs linux, has pcmcia)

  • IpaqScreen - the LCD of an Ipaq, offered as a replacement-part or salvaged
  • earthlcd - here you should be able to get some small LCDs, driver-boards and the like
  • displayconnections - and another vendor
