Pro & Cons

  • Pro
    • Light weight
    • Can operate with a single +5v power source
    • Good performance
    • Good memory capacity
    • CF-slot saves a board for the Microdrive

  • Cons
    • Without proper support the connectors (especially the VGA connector) have a tendency to be flexed and eventually become damaged.
    • Full Duplex sound meight not always function at 5V like with the 5822 (need to test that)
    • slightly more expensive then the 5822
