from a mail from them:
The price for the Webtablet Starterkit with 6.5'' TFT touchscreen is 6500USD.
Depending on the type of profile that you need 400MHz to 733MHz, 4 to 16Mbyte flash and 16 to 128 Mbyte sdram, the price will be different.
To give you a typical example XINGU 8012: 733Mhz, 16Mbyte strataFlash, 128 Mbyte Sdram
Price 777USD @ 100 Pieces
Price 590USD @ 1000 Pieces
This price are based on actual price, of course they will be reduced in the current of the year.
I suppose if you want to go for the consume-market the quote for 1000 piece is only the Start phase.
In this optic I provide you also the following nbrs
Price around 390 USD @ 10 000 piece
from a post on the LART-mailing-list:
I talked with one sales guy at the CeBIT?. Prices for the XINGU itself in
10000+ pieces was about 150,- EUR; the complete development board with
software (and support I guess) 9000,- EUR. My impression was that it is
possible to negiotiate other prices and conditions.
Greets,
Matthias Grimrath
