Depending on the type of profile that you need 400MHz to 733MHz, 4 to 16Mbyte flash and 16 to 128 Mbyte sdram, the price will be different.

I talked with one sales guy at the CeBIT?. Prices for the XINGU itself in 10000+ pieces was about 150,- EUR; the complete development board with software (and support I guess) 9000,- EUR. My impression was that it is possible to negiotiate other prices and conditions.
