jAugment - A wearable application infrastructure


Description

jAugment is a wearable application infrastructure written in Java(we are testing using GCJ to produce native code) using Jini services to provide dynamic, robust vacinity aware applications and services. Features include email, instant messaging, GPS mapping, imaging, multi-media (mpeg3), integration with MIT Rememberance Agent, and much much more.

       (are frustraded using conventional applications)
      )

    { 
     download this, test it an write just the user-interface part
     with much help from many helper-classes.
    }

Information

  • Supported Operation Systems:
    • Linux
    • Windows
    • Pretty much any OS that can run a 1.2 or newer Java VM

FreemanPascal - I like this project, but I'm biased since I'm one of the developers :-) Seriously, Marcus has done a great job of providing a solid foundation to build wearable apps from. Check it out.
